Friday night the SA Food Industry Awards were announced at a major function at Adelaide Oval. Everyone at Golden North were very proud to win the Primary Industries and Regions of SA Regional Award. With our production facility being at Laura in the mid north we are and will always be proud of our regional heritage.

I was woken to that familiar, deep bass rumble early this morning and took off for the top of the range and I could see the storm tracking SE of my location, coming in from the West looking toward the general direction of O'Sullivan Beach.
A little overexposed on the bolts but some more storm cloud structure picked up as a trade off.
This one is a 16:9 crop from the 14mm and 6D. I will post a few more lightning images at various focal lengths and camera bodies (crop sensor and full frame) from this morning so stay tuned
