If you are purchasing Perth Real Estate or Brisbane Real Estate you should ask your Mortgage Broker to assist you to obtain the best possible price. Your Mortgage Broker should be representing your interests as the Buyer , and should not be controlled by a #RealEstate group, who are primarily representing the intersts of the Seller.
In the current #BuyersMarket it is extremely important that you do not Buy Property at Prices inflated above Market Value.
