Why are some Mortgage Brokers offering irresponsible advice about SMSF Lending ?
Currently I am seeing a lot of Newsletters from Home Loan businesses telling their Clients to load up with Self Managed Super Fund borrowing. They are encouraging people to buy houses before the possible changes to SMSF borrowing are announced next year .
Is this type of questionable advice from Brokers part of the reason why the laws may be changed for SMSF borrowing ?
If your Mortgage Broker is telling you to jump in before the changes to SMSF lending take place next year , then you need to ask what are the risks in doing so .
