What we need in Australia is Economic policy to positively provide incentives for Companies to use Green Technology, instead of the current idea of issuing penalties with negative Taxes. For example, what real incentives are there for Property Developers to create Enviro friendly areas for people to live in ? If we look at the Beyond Today Eco Development in #VictorHarbor we can see an outstanding example of what can be achieved. However, Property Developers are Profit Focused, so they must be provided with adequate incentivizes to #GoGreen . What do you think ?
