The Australian Telcos need to stop listening to Gordon Gekko,
and understand that exploiting the Staff in Overseas #CallCentres is not providing solutions to their #CustomerService issues. The Staff are forced to work for Slave Wages in the Overseas Call Centres by the Australian Telcos. It is not just about cutting costs to appease Mr Gekko, it is about increasing the wages and providing adequate Training support for the Overseas #CallCentre Staff . Being forced to work an 18 hour shift on the phone dealing with irate Telco Customers from Australia is unfair if the Telco is going to pay them Slave Wages.
Did you know that there is one Telco Reseller that has a Call Centre based in Sydney ?
How is it that they can provide an Australian based Call Centre, yet most of the Big Telcos say it is too expensive to pay Australian workers ?

We need to realise that it is not the fault of the Staff in the Overseas Call Centres. They are being paid extremely low slave wages to work much longer hours than the same Call Centres in Australia . It is the problem created by the Telcos who are providing inadequate Training Support to the overseas Call Centre Staff . Gordon Gekko is instructing the Telcos to cut the costs of their Overseas Call Centres, so this means even lower wages and less vital #TrainingSupport .
Did you know that their is a major Telco in Australia that provides an Australian based call centre in Sydney ? They are part of the largest Direct Seller Telco in the world and their #CustomerService is outstanding .
