Is your Telco providing bad Customer Service ? Recently I needed a simple upgrade to my Mobile Internet Plan , so I called my Telco to arrange the upgrade thinking it would only take a few minutes. But I was immediately transferred to an overseas Call Centre , who I then had to explain what I required for around 20 minutes , I was then told that they couldn't upgrade my internet and that I would need to talk to somebody in Australia , so they transferred me back to their Australian Call Centre. After waiting on the phone for another 7 minutes , the Australian Call Centre told me that their Overseas Call Centre was responsible to do the upgrade and I was transferred back Overseas again . Over the next hour and a half I was transferred back and forth overseas 7 times with no result. As a result of this I decided to find a Telco with an Australian Call Centre , and they fixed my Upgrade in 5 minutes with the same Telecommunications source Company . There is nothing more frustrating than being transferred to an overseas call centre, who then tell you they cannot help you after you have been on the phone for 30 mins. Then they transfer you back to Australia, who then say they have to transfer you back to the overseas call centre. We no longer have these problems because we use the exemplary Customer Service of John Paraschos for all our Telco and Electricity needs.
