"DON'T EVEN TALK TO ME ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS".
.
I recently attended a Seminar by a very high profile #MotivationalSpeaker , who used the above phrase in his opening remarks. The response from the crowd surprised me, as the "Don't even talk to me about your problems" line created a mild form of 'High Five' hysteria from the Guru's devotees. Those around me were jumping to their feet High Fiving those around them, whilst I felt dismayed . I was thinking to myself, "Are these people so silly as to believe that ignoring their problems is going to make them go away ?" and , "Will they really pay $5k to hear more of this nonsense over a whole weekend in the #SydneyEntertainmentCentre ?".

I am getting annoyed with the Post that keeps getting shared on Facebook and Twitter , which essentially says " Ignore the negatives , focus on the positives, and you will have a wonderful life." The first time I saw this I thought it was a joke, until I had seen it in various forms for the 1000th time and realized that some people actually have been led to believe this nonsense. Ignoring negatives does have some merit from the point of view of not becoming problem focused, BUT just because you are ignoring an issue will not make it go away. In fact, it will become worse if you do not try to #SolveTheProblem .

There is currently a deluge of complaints by Business owners
that their Posts are no longer reaching a large audience
as they used to before the changes.
This is all pointless chatter, and will do nothing to improve your Marketing.
