What will happen to the Real Estate Market in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide in 2014 ?
It is very important that we do not play the #OstrichCard or the #DenialCard over the huge economic problems that are going to be caused by the decision by GM to stop Manufacturing at Elizabeth .
Firstly,
THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION IN BLAMING #Holden .
Secondly ,
We have to deal with the fallout effects on the Adelaide economy , especially the Northern Suburbs .
WILL ADELAIDE REAL ESTATE PRICES DROP IN THE NORTHERN SUBURBS ?

Will the Real Estate Market drop in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide ?
With the announcement by GM that they will cease Manufacturing at Elizabeth in 2017 ,
it is essential that we develop a Strategy to assist Households in the Northern Suburbs not to fall into #NegativeHomeEquity.
Should we be creating Strategies to deal with #NegativeEquity now ?
