Why are some Accountants primarily promoting
Property Investment Schemes ?
Recently I was sent an invitation to join an Accountants Business Page .
But , when I looked at the Posts on the Page, nearly all were about Property Investment Schemes.
I could not see anything about Tax Tips
or better ways to do #Bookkeeping,
just Get-Rich-Quick Property Investments to
" USE SMSF and become a Millionaire overnight" offers.
There is something wrong with an Accounting Practice if you go to their Website and the first thing you see is a Property Investment Scheme.

Imagine going to see your local Doctor,
and in the appointment the Doctor says,
"Now before we look at your problem,
I want to show you the latest Property Scheme,
I need more money for my new Mercedes."

You would not tolerate this blatant breach of Ethics.

There is nothing wrong with Investing in #Property,
but an #Accountant needs to have an #EthicalCode
where the primary #Tax needs of the #Client
are the focus of the Practice.
