How I cope with Stress –
Most of my Clients are saying to me that they are working harder than ever before,
but seemingly for less Money.
The pace of Business today is getting faster and faster.
All of this is placing pressure on our families and our relationships.
One of the ways that I have found to help deal with the demands of business,
is the use the latest technology .
But my problem is that I'm technologically challenged.
I resisted the Internet initially, and even refused to email. Then I was slow to get on facebook, for me it was just a place to look at pictures of family and friends. I couldn't see the Business value of Social Media for years.
However , now I realise that embracing new technology is a key to relieving business stress. So I get my daughters and their partners , and even my 6 year old grandson and 12 year old nephew, to advise me.
This is why I have nearly 25,000 people who have joined this Page.
