Are you receiving #BadCustomerService from your Bank's Financial Adviser ?
A common complaint I hear regularly about Financial Planners who work for a Bank is that they will not answer their phone after 5pm, and not at all on Fridays. The problem with this type of "9-5pm but I'm on the Golf Course on Fridays" Culture is that it doesn't suit the busy schedules of the average Householders. Both partners now may be working, so after hours appointments are required, but the Bank's Financial Planners are "not available".
Where do you go for after hours Financial Planning advice ?
