How can you Pay off your Home Loan faster ?
Some Mortgage Brokers present the idea that you need to 'switch' Loans every two years , and somehow this will reduce your Debt by 'magic'.

In reality this will keep you on the #MortgageMerryGoRound and could actually increase your Debt levels by continual Loan consolidation.

Some Brokers tell #Householders that they need to Consolidate their #Loans every two years. What this does is to substantially increase the #Debt levels of the client by adding Personal Loans and Car Loans to the Mortgage. This substantially increases the risks of the Householder defaulting on their #Home Loan, and as a result potentially losing their Home.

Whereas Loan #Consolidation should not be done without the specific advice to do so from the Client's #Accountant. If your Mortgage Broker is advising you to do Loan Consolidation, you should consult with your Accountant immediately.
