Have you received #BadCustomerService from a Bank recently ?
Currently there is a wave of complaints coming from people who have responded to Internet based, #DoItYourself ultra low Interest Rates. Whilst the #DIY trend seems to provide solutions to great Interest Rates, there can be a catch. The reason that some Financial Institutions can offer a low 3.99% is because they have cut back all Customer Service costs to the bone to offer this Rate. Therefore when you have a problem nobody is there to help you solve it .
Ultra low Interest Rates come at a big cost, and that is
the cost that comes from lack of #CustomerService when you need it. For example, you may need a flexible Loan so that you can pay for renovations, but the Do-It-Yourself deal has nobody available to help you.
